1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website www.salvinzeximhub.com or entering into any trade transaction with SALVINZ EXIM HUB, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

2. About Our Services

SALVINZ EXIM HUB is an Indian agro-export company providing wholesale supply, export, logistics coordination, and trade facilitation services for agricultural products including spices, rice, and fresh produce. We are not a retail platform or ecommerce store.

3. Quotations & Orders

• All quotations issued by SALVINZ EXIM HUB are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise, as commodity prices are subject to market fluctuation.
• A purchase order is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment and written acceptance from both parties.
• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply per product category as specified in our product catalogue and quotations.
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

4. Product Quality & Specifications

• All products are supplied as per the specifications agreed in the signed Proforma Invoice (PI).
• Natural agricultural products may exhibit minor variations in colour, size, and aroma — such variations within internationally accepted tolerance limits do not constitute defects.
• Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an accredited laboratory is provided with every shipment as proof of quality compliance.
• Any quality claims must be raised within 7 days of receipt of goods, supported by an independent survey report.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as detailed on our Payment Terms page and as agreed in the Proforma Invoice. The standard structure is 30% advance, 10% pre-shipment, and 60% against BL copy. All payments must be made in the agreed currency by the agreed method. Late payments may result in order cancellation without refund of advance.

6. Shipping & Risk

• Under FOB terms, risk transfers to the buyer once goods are loaded on the vessel at the Indian port of origin.
• Under CIF terms, we arrange freight and insurance to the agreed destination port, after which risk transfers to the buyer.
• Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by port congestion, weather, or force majeure events beyond our control.
• We are not liable for delays caused by shipping lines, customs delays in the destination country, or other third-party factors.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from trade transactions shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Nashik, Maharashtra, India. All proceedings shall be in English.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal action shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, imagery, logos, and branding — is the exclusive property of SALVINZ EXIM HUB. Reproduction, copying, or use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SALVINZ EXIM HUB's liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific shipment to which the claim relates.
