T/T Wire Transfer
Standard Terms

Telegraphic Transfer (Wire Transfer) is our standard payment method for all export transactions. We follow a structured 3-stage payment schedule.

Paid at time of order confirmation / pro forma invoice acceptance to initiate procurement.

% Pre-Shipment
Paid after quality inspection / pre-shipment inspection, before container loading and seal.

Paid against copy of documents — BL, COA, Phytosanitary Certificate, Packing List, and Commercial Invoice.

Letter of Credit (LC)
We accept irrevocable Letters of Credit (LC) from established banks. LC at sight and usance LCs (60/90 days) are both acceptable. Ideal for first-time buyers or high-value orders.

Accepted Currencies
USD (US Dollar) · EUR (Euro) · AED (UAE Dirham) · GBP (British Pound). All payments via SWIFT bank transfer to our designated bank account in India.

New Buyer Terms
For first-time buyers, we typically request 50% advance + 50% against documents. After 2–3 successful transactions, we can offer more flexible terms based on relationship history.

Pro Forma Invoice
All transactions begin with a detailed Pro Forma Invoice — including product specs, pricing, packing, shipment terms, and validity period. No hidden charges.

All payments must be made via verified SWIFT bank transfer to our official bank account in India. We do not accept cash, crypto, or third-party payment platforms.

Original shipping documents — including BL, COA, Phytosanitary Certificate — are released only upon confirmation of final payment receipt.

Price Validity
All quoted prices are valid for the period stated on the Pro Forma Invoice (typically 7–14 days), subject to commodity price fluctuations in international markets.
